If you're aged between 5 and 22 and are at school, sixth form, college or university, you can get around for less with one of our Get Around bus tickets.

With Get Around, you can get unlimited travel on any Go North East bus* for a fraction of the normal price.

To buy and use Get Around, you will need a Get Around ID card, which is available from Go North East free of charge.

• Apply online HERE - you'll need to provide a passport-style electronic photo of yourself to apply online
• If you can't apply online, simply call our customer services team on 0845 60 60 2 60 and they'll do the rest
• Get Around ID cards will show your age group – either under 16, 16-18 or 18-22. You will need to update your card once you move into a new age group. Get Around is not available after your 23rd birthday.
• Your ID Card will be posted to you within 5 working days.

Once you have your Get Around ID, you are ready to buy your Get Around ticket. Buying your ticket is really easy.
