These fares apply to journeys within our Sunderland City area which stretches from as far as the A19 in the west
and the city boundary in the north and south. Generally anyone travelling a few stops will continue to pay £1 while
longer journeys in the city (city centre to Hylton Castle or
Doxford International for example) will pay £1.20.

bus from the driver on the day or first day of travel. Just
ask the driver for a Sunderland Day or Sunderland Weekly
