Choose the type of ticket you need below. You'll need your Network One Photocard number handy as you can't order a ticket without one. If you haven't bought a Network One Travel Ticket before you'll need to get a photocard from any Nexus Travel Shop first before you can buy a ticket online.

As part of your order you need to tell us when you would like your ticket to start as this, along with the expiry date, will be printed on your ticket. Please allow enough time for the ticket to reach you before you need it. We recommend four working days. Use the table below as a guide.

Important information about postage and delivery

We want to help you make sure that your ticket arrives before you need it. As part of your order you will need to tell us when you would like your ticket to start as this, along with the expiry date, will be printed on your ticket. Please remember to allow enough time for the ticket to reach you. We recommend four working days, including the day you place your order.

Your ticket will be sent out to you four days before it is due to start regardless of when you placed your order.

We don't charge for postage and we use Royal Mail first class post to send out your ticket. Royal Mail first class post aims to deliver the day after we post it although neither Royal Mail or Go North East can guarantee this.

Please note that tickets are dispatched at your own risk and that if tickets become lost in the post they may not be replaced. If your ticket does not arrive after four days call us on 0845 60 60 2 60.
