| Newcastle | Frequent buses from around the region including County Durham, the Tyne Valley and Tyne and Wear. Tyne Tees Xpress links Teesside with Newcastle every 30 minutes via the A19. |
| Metrocentre | Over 100 buses an hour from across Tyne & Wear, County Durham and the Tyne Valley come into Metrocentre. Frequent connections to other Go North East buses and metro are available with service X66 from Gateshead every 7 mins and service TEN from Newcastle every 10 mins. |
| Sunderland | Frequent services from around the region including Washington, South Tyneside, Durham, Houghton le Spring, Seaham and Peterlee. |
| Durham | Frequent buses from around the region including Consett, Stanley, Chester le Street, Bishop Auckland, Sunderland, Gateshead and Newcastle. |
| Washington | Frequent services from around the region including Gateshead, Newcastle, Sunderland and County Durham. |
Go North East buses run throughout the holidays except Christmas Day and New Years Day with frequent services around the region, including special services on Boxing Day.
