A delay with our current supplier caused by the high volume of applications has meant that many of our customers have been unable to receive a Get Around ID card in time for their return to school, college or university.
To enable customers, many of whom have already bought tickets online, to start using their ticket we are relaxing the rule on Get Around ID cards in September meaning that pre-purchased Get Around tickets will be valid for travel without a Get Around ID card during September 2010.
Get Around ID will be required to buy and use all Get Around tickets from 1st October 2010.
