  • We carried just over 5.5 million passengers - an increase of 3.8% on the same period last year
  • We operated over 99% of our scheduled mileage
  • Over 94% of sampled journeys ran on time
  • There were 2 serious accidents and 3 reported cases of vandalism
  • 417 complaints, comments & suggestions were received of which 70% were replied to within 5 working days
  • 209 passengers were caught by drivers trying to evade payment of the correct fare for their journey
