If you travel on either our Diamond, Red Kite or West Durham Swift services and need to connect with either our Venture 130 or West Durham Swift X30 at Stanley or Consett Bus Stations, we guarantee to get you home even if our buses are delayed. |

With our Get You Home Guarantee, our drivers are able to call ahead and book you a complimentary taxi if our bus is five or more minutes late into Stanley or Consett Bus stations and you are going to miss your connecting service. The taxi will take you to the bus stop nearest your home.

| for passengers travelling from Durham or Newcastle on our Diamond service or from Newcastle on our West Durham Swift or Red Kite services who need to catch either a Venture 130 bus or West Durham Swift X30 bus from Consett or Stanley bus stations to complete their journey | |
| for passengers holding a valid ticket for their connecting journey OR who buy a Get You Home Guarantee ticket for £1 before they leave the bus on the first leg of their journey | |
