To order a Get Around ticket just select which ticket you need and when you would like it to start. You’ll need your Get Around ID card handy as you can’t order a ticket without one. If you haven’t got an ID card yet just click on the apply now button on our Get Around pages and follow the instructions.

If you are buying your ticket using a Travel Assistance Award from Durham County Council just tick the box below, select your award level and follow the instructions. For your security your details are checked automatically against the information registered with Durham County Council.


Once your order is placed your ticket should be despatched the same day, if ordering before 4pm Monday to Friday, or the next working day at other times. You will receive an email confirming your order and then another one to tell you when your ticket has been despatched.

POSTAGE INFORMATION
We don't make an additional charge for postage and your order will be sent out by Royal Mail first class post.
Although we endeavour to send out your order the day we receive it (before 4pm Monday to Friday), please allow up to two working days for delivery. Please note that all tickets are dispatched at your own risk and that if tickets become lost in the post they will not be replaced.

Although orders can be placed in advance we are unable to issue your ticket more than 7 days before you want the ticket to start.
