Tynedale Links offers a wide range of services connecting Newcastle, Prudhoe and Hexham with towns and villages throughout the Tyne Valley. The buses are painted in a special yellow livery depicting major landmarks and attractions in Tynedale, making them easy for you to recognise.

Our Tickets & Fares
We have some great value fares for travel on our Tynedale Links buses. We offer simple flat fares in Hexham and Prudhoe priced at only £1.20 for any single journey. Cheap Day Return tickets are also available from just £2.50 – ask your driver for details.
The Tynedale Links services run through several Buzzfare zones. To find out which ticket is best for your journey, check out the zones you need. Tickets are available for one day, seven days, 28 days or one year. They are available from the bus driver and travel shops, or you could save 10% if you buy online. You could save 25% compared to the price of individual tickets if your employer buys an annual ticket for you under our corporate discount scheme – contact us for full information.
For 19-22 year olds, our Get Around tickets offer unlimited travel and give massive discounts from only £3.20 per day.
One day Hadrian’s Wall Rover tickets are available to buy and can be used on all of the Tynedale Links services. Priced at £9 for adults, £4.50 for children and £18 for a family (up to 2 adults and 3 children), they allow one day of unlimited travel on all of the Tynedale Links routes, as well as the TEN 10 between Newcastle and Hexham and Hadrian’s Wall Country Bus service AD122.
