Blaydon Bus Station passengers can meet senior bus chiefs
The latest in a series of events organised to give passengers the chance to talk directly to Go North East senior managers, takes place at Blaydon Bus Station on Wednesday, April 2 between 7.30 and 10.30am.
The ‘Meet the Manager’ sessions are open to anyone who would like to discuss bus services face to face with senior, operational managers responsible for planning services, whether they wish to offer suggestions for improvements or raise any concerns.
Go North East Commercial Director, Martin Harris said
“The sessions are the latest in a number of initiatives we have introduced to give our customers closer links with staff and decision-makers in the company. Along with our live web-chats and the regular opportunities passengers have to meet their local Service Delivery Managers, we hope we are making it as easy as possible for passengers to become involved in their bus services.”
