Bus station drop-in session for Winlaton services
The Service Delivery Manager for Go North East bus services in Winlaton, is inviting passengers to come along to Winlaton Bus Station on Wednesday, April 9 between 10am and 2pm to share their views on bus services in the area.
In his role as Service Delivery Manager (SDM), Fred regularly travels on services in his area, meeting passengers, answering their questions, providing information and making sure bus services are operating at their best.
He is one 22 of SDMs working for Go North East throughout the region, providing a direct, personal link between passengers and the company.
“I’ve worked for the Winlaton area for quite a few years now,” said Fred, “and most people know who I am now. It’s lovely to feel I’m part of the local community.”
During his Meet the SDM session, Fred will be able to provide timetables and information on services in Winlaton, including the Blaydon Racers services 10, 11, 31 and 32, and will be happy to listen to passenger views and ideas.
