Share your views with top bus managers at Bishop Auckland Bus Station

Passengers travelling through Bishop Auckland Bus Station on Wednesday, May 14, will be the latest to benefit from being able to talk to top managers and decision-makers responsible for Go North East’s bus services.

Between 8am and 10.30am on the day, a senior manager will join the local Service Delivery Manager for the area to answer questions and listen to suggestions for improving bus services.

Commercial Director with Go North East, Martin Harris said, “We greatly value ideas and suggestions from our passengers and want to make it as easy as possible for them to share their thoughts with us.” 

The ‘Meet the Manager’ sessions have been running since February and will continue to be held every Wednesday in a different location across the region. They are the latest in a list of ways passengers can let their views be known, including regular live chat sessions via Go North East’s website.
